Welcome to Sierra Welding Services.
By accessing or using our website https://www.sierrawelding.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Services

Sierra Welding Services provides welding, fabrication, repair, and related metalworking services, including mobile and shop-based work.

All services are subject to availability and acceptance of an estimate, invoice, or written agreement. Estimates are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Pricing, Deposits & Online Payments

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

• Labour, materials, consumables, travel, and applicable taxes may apply

• Online payments, deposits, or full payments may be required before work begins

• Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated on the invoice

Failure to make payment may result in delays, suspension of work, or withholding of completed work.

3. Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations with short notice may be subject to a cancellation fee

• Changes to scope, materials, or design after work begins may result in revised pricing and timelines

• We reserve the right to decline or stop work if conditions become unsafe or outside the agreed scope

4. Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from the date of completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper use, abuse, or lack of maintenance

• Modifications or repairs performed by others

• Structural, load-bearing, or engineered components unless explicitly agreed to in writing

No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law:

• Sierra Welding Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim

6. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Sierra Welding Services unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links & Payment Processors

Our website may include links to third-party services, including online payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third-party websites.

Online payments are processed securely by third-party providers, and we do not store full payment card details.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
