Sierra Welding Services is committed to fair and transparent billing practices. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued for services and online payments.

1. Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun

Deposits secure scheduling, materials, and preparation time

If a project is cancelled before work begins and no materials have been ordered, a refund may be issued at our discretion
2. Service Payments

Because our services involve custom fabrication, welding, and labour:

Payments for completed work are non-refundable

Once work has started, refunds are generally not available
If an issue arises due to workmanship, we will assess and, if applicable, repair the work in accordance with our Workmanship Warranty.

3. Online Payments
​
Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on the payment provider and are outside our control.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations made with short notice may be subject to a cancellation fee

If Sierra Welding Services must cancel a job before work begins, any deposit or payment made will be refunded in full

5. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
​
If you believe you have been charged in error or made a duplicate payment, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and correct confirmed errors promptly.

6. Chargebacks
​
Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in service refusal or recovery actions.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
