Sierra Welding Services provides custom welding and fabrication services. This Shipping Policy applies only to physical items that are shipped to clients and does not apply to on-site or mobile services.

1. Shipping Eligibility
Shipping is available for select fabricated items, parts, or products as agreed upon prior to shipment.
Due to the custom nature of our work, not all items are eligible for shipping. Large, heavy, or oversized items may require local pickup or third-party freight arrangements.

2. Processing Time

Processing and fabrication times vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project

Estimated completion and shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of order

Delays may occur due to material availability, custom requirements, or unforeseen circumstances

3. Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated based on item size, weight, destination, and carrier rates

Shipping fees will be quoted and approved by the client before shipment

We may use third-party carriers or freight services at our discretion

4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Canada unless otherwise agreed in writing.
International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis and is subject to additional fees, duties, and customs requirements.

5. Risk of Loss & Damage

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the client once the item has been handed over to the shipping carrier

Sierra Welding Services is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier

Clients are encouraged to request shipping insurance where available

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sierra Welding Services is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an item must be re-shipped due to incorrect information.

7. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by appointment. Clients will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
